In an emotion-ridden event, Onyeyiri Purity accepts an engagement ring from her lover, Ihemegbulem Chukwuebuka to a sweet ovation by well-wishers, onlookers, who are moved to tears by the atmosphere heightened by sonorous Special Number. 
Purity who is a writer, storyteller, educator, VO artist and Human Resource Personnel works with Dignity International Consults, an establishment where her Prince Charming, Chukwuebuka is the Executive Director and CEO.
Their engagement was made known to the public through their respective Facebook handles Friday August 10 2024. Congratulations have continued to pour in since then.
