May Yul Edochie, the first wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has poured praises on her father-in-law, Pete Edochie after he bagged double doctorate degrees.
Kemi Filani reported two days back that Pete Edochie had achieved a remarkable milestone in his career as he was honored with two doctorate degrees and a lifetime achievement award from Togo University, ISTM.
Edochie was honored with a doctorate degree in Literature, another doctorate degree in Arts, and a lifetime achievement award by the International School of Technology and Management, ISTM University, Togo.
In a video captured online, the representatives from the University paid a visit to the legend at his home, to decorate him and to present the award plaque and certificates to him.
The honor was given to the veteran for his artistic involvement and grooming in the Nigerian creative industry.
Now taking to her Instagram, May shared photos from the award ceremony, as she poured praises on the legend.
She noted how it's only a veteran and a legend who gets decorated twice on the same day.
Appreciating the university for honoring him, she hailed him for being a great man, a man of honor, a man of dignity, and a father to all.
Calling him the Lion of Africa, she rained prayers on him.

Yul Edochie celebrates father, Pete Edochie
Her estranged husband, Yul Edochie had earlier poured praises on his father, celebrating his double win.
Calling him the Lion of Africa, he described his father as his man for life as he noted how he deserved the recognition and award and prayed for more blessings.
Joining her husband, his second wife, Judy Austin hailed him for being the Lion of Africa.
She noted how the legendary actor deserves the recognition and award as she prayed for a long life and more blessings.
Pete Edochie gives accolades to May Edochie, speaks on his love for her
Last month, Pete Edochie in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, had given May Edochie her flowers as he spoke on his love for her.
He credited her for being the success behind her and Yul's 18-year marriage, as he noted how many underestimate May, who he described as exceptionally brilliant and a computer wizard.
The veteran described May as not just his daughter-in-law, but his beloved as he technically stated that he loves her more than the other wives of his sons.
